Notice to Customers - Covid-19
In line with Government advice we have closed our office and staff are working from home to stop the spread of coronavirus.

We are working hard to keep our services to customers running where possible. We will have phone numbers available which will be used to contact our Finance Department, our Housing Officers and our Allocations Team (for housing applications and tenancy changes), we ask for your patience in the coming days until these are set up and circulated.
To keep or customers and our contractors safe from covid-19, we are only carrying out emergency repairs and gas servicing until further notice. If you have non urgent repairs required please contact us with the details when we open the office.
To report building repairs, please contact the McDougall Group on 01324 471797, to report gas heating repairs call City Building on 0800 595 595, and if you have a gas leak contact Transco on 0800 111 999
Please pay your rent using online banking or telephone banking. For online or telephone banking please make the payment to sort code 80-06-14 and account number 00535969 and be sure to put a reference in the following format otherwise we won’t be able to credit your account, please abbreviate your address as follows, if you live at 10a Field Road, you would put 10AFIELDRD
We are working on setting up a telephone line to allow card payments to be made over the phone, the website will be updated when this service is available .
We are unable to process further sign ups/allocations as our contractors are unable to carry out the repair work required, unless you have been contacted directly to advise otherwise. We will be in contact with all waiting list applicants who have been offered a property. This service will resume as soon as possible.

Close Cleaning will continue with a slightly amended service which will include sanitising all touch points with anti-bacterial products including doors, door entry systems, handrails, ledges and walls. The floor surfaces will be swept of all debris however only spot cleaned to remove spillages and spill marks as required.
