Association Performance and Customer Satisfaction
Throughout the year the Association monitors the services being provided to our customers by issuing satisfacton surveys for our areas of work and publishing the information below. We also have a requirement to report our overall performance to the Scottish Housing Regulator via the Annual Return on the Housing Charter.
