From Monday 27 July, we will start carrying out non-emergency repairs which were reported to us before and during lockdown.
Please be aware that our Property Services Team has a large volume of repair requests to work through and, as a result of this, jobs will be prioritised depending on their urgency.
We would appreciate your patience and support while we work through these.
If you no longer require a repair which was reported before or during lockdown, please contact us to cancel the request.
Please note that we will continue to only log new requests for emergency repairs until Monday 24 August.
From Monday 24 August, tenants will be able to report all routine repairs by telephoning (01389) 877752 selecting Option 1. However, we would ask that, before doing so, you consider whether our Contractor attending your property is absolutely necessary.
Please be reassured that our Contractors will observe public health guidance including physical distancing and using PPE where required. If you, or a member of your household, experience Covid symptoms ahead of a planned visit, please contact us so your appointment can be rescheduled.
