Repairs

From Monday 14 December 2020, we will resume our normal repairs service for tenants.
Tenants will be able to report all routine repairs by telephoning (01389) 877752 selecting Option 1.
However, we would ask that, before doing so, you consider whether our contractor attending your property is absolutely necessary.
Please be reassured that our contractors will observe public health guidance including physical distancing and using PPE where required.
If you, or a member of your household, experience Covid symptoms ahead of a planned visit, please contact us so your appointment can be rescheduled.
