As you are aware, that due to the pandemic, we are again only offering emergency repairs.
I totally understand that this is very frustrating for our customers. We would be more than happy to offer our full repairs service, however, in accordance with Government guidance, and for the safety of staff and tenants, we are unable to do so at present.
Please bear with us during these difficult times, and please be respectful to our staff when calling the office. Recently our staff have been experiencing verbal abuse from some customers as a result of staff informing them of our restricted service. Our staff are not paid to be subjected to abuse, and we will take appropriate action against customers who verbally abuse our staff - this could include taking away rights to access our services. Obviously we don’t want to have to do this, and I simply ask that customers are courteous to our staff in the same way that staff are courteous to our customers.
