Updates to our housing management system will take place on Friday 13th January 2023

Knowes’ housing management system will be down on Friday 13th January to allow for essential maintenance.  Customers will still be able to phone Knowes HA to make payments and report repairs but will not be able to access their accounts via the portal and staff will not be able to advise on account balances or the progress of repairs for tomorrow.  Normal service should be resumed for Monday.  We apologise for any inconvenience to our customers.
