If you are a property owner of a factored property any complaints you may have relating to the provision of our factoring service should, in the first instance, be made by contacting a member of staff at the office.  Your complaint will be investigated and dealt with in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.   You will be informed of the outcome in writing.
