When paying rent or owner‑occupier charges, staff will no longer ask for your card details. Instead, you will enter your 16‑digit card number, expiry date and CVV using your phone’s keypad. This updated system makes payments safer and ensures compliance with Cyber Security Regulations. Our staff will guide you through the process, so there is no need to worry about using the new system.
