To gauge customer satisfaction Knowes HA will send out surveys to all tenants, as well as quarterly surveys to our Service Improvement group. These surveys are a valuable tool to measure where we are being succesful and where improvement is required.
We take complaints very seriously. We use complaints to learn and improve our work processes to avoid similar issues arising in the future.
