Position: Corporate Services / Compliance Officer
Salary £35,022 - £38,456 EVH Grade 7
Contract: Permanent 35 hours per week
Knowes Housing Association (KHA) is a community based social landlord committed to its mission of providing good quality affordable housing and services which meet the needs and aspirations of the community we serve. The Association owns and manages 1048 properties and provides factoring services to 569 customers across the Clydebank area. We have 23 members of staff and an annual turnover of £4.8m.
Knowes is looking for an outstanding candidate to deliver effective support to the Association’s Management Committee and Senior Management Team in all aspects of Administration, Human Resources, Health and Safety and Governance and Compliance
The post holder will also be responsible for co-ordinating our Customer Engagement and Tenant Participation Strategies. They will be involved with our wider role programme including working with Knowes HA’s Customer Working Group, attending local area committees, and working with charities, schools and community groups and co-ordinating community projects and events.
You will be customer focussed and have excellent communication and people skills. You will also have excellent organisational skills.
You will have experience in a Corporate Services, Communications or a Customer Service environment, within a housing or other relevant public sector or charitable organisation. You will have excellent IT skills and be able to demonstrate these.
