We have been informed that there has been a higher level of Reactive Emergency Gas call outs over the past few weeks and would like to advise residents on the following procedures before you call City building. Do you have gas and power in both your meters? Is your meter showing up with any fault codes or damages? Do you still have hot water even though the pressure may be low?
