Upgrade - We are introducing a more secure method for taking payments over the telephone

The Association is introducing a more secure method for taking payments over the telephone.  When paying rent or owner occupier charges by phone, staff will no longer ask you to read out your card details.  Instead, you will be asked to enter your 16 digit card number, expiry date, and CVV directly using your phone’s keypad.  This upgraded system provides a safer way to make payments and ensures the Association complies with Cyber Security Regulations.  Our staff will guide you through the process when you call, so there is no need to worry about using the new system.
