Our Customer Working Group is looking for new members! 

This is a great way for the community to meet and discuss the services that Knowes Housing Association provides and ensure that the Association remains effective and accountable.

Our Customer Working Groups examines and monitors the ways in which Knowes Housing Association is run with the aim of improving the quality of services we provide. 

Good scrutiny also ensures that there are opportunities for our customers to influence the decisions that are made and let us hear how you believe we can perform better as your landlord.
