For emergency repairs only, please contact West Dunbartonshire Council Building Services on 0800 197 1004. For Gas Central Heating, please contact City Building on 0800 595 595. If you can smell gas and you are concerned that you have a gas leak, please call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.
For non-emergency repairs please contact our office when we reopen in January or email us at info@knowes.org. You will also be able to report non-emergency maintenance issues via our customer app which is available to download on the app store or Google Play.
