Please note that due to the permanent closure of the cash counter, please make arrangements to set up a standing order and pay by bank transfer using sort code 80-06-14, account number 00535969 quoting your owner occupier reference number which can be found on your invoice.  You can also phone 01389 877752 and press option 4 to pay by card. If you wish to make a repayment arrangement or speak to the Senior Finance Officer, please also phone 01389 877752 and select option 4.

Payments can also be made using our new tenant app which can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Store.
