22 Apr Application for a Dog Day Care Centre, Boarding Kennels and Associated Works at Cochno Road has been Refused In February we advised that an application had been submitted for a Dog Day Care Centre, Boarding Kennels and Associated Works at Cochno Road and that Knowes HA submitted objections to this proposal based on environmental issues, waste, traffic and noise. We have recently received an update that this application has been refused.

27 Feb Objection to the Planning Application for Proposed Dog Day Care Centre, Boarding Kennels and Associated Works at Cochno Road An application has been submitted for a Dog Day Care Centre, Boarding Kennels and Associated Works at Cochno Road. Knowes HA has submitted objections to this proposal based on environmental issues, waste, traffic and noise as the proposal indicated that there could be up to 50 Dogs boarding at the establishment as well as a dog run on the land that is right up to the fence line of our properties.
15 Feb The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) is undertaking a Thematic review of Tenant Participation, including a focus on Gypsy/Traveller participation The SHR is undertaking a Thematic review of Tenant Participation, including a focus on Gypsy/Traveller participation. The SHR have commissioned TPAS Scotland to gather information. They will be hosting a series of online focus groups for Tenants, at least one of these will be specifically aimed at the Gypsy/Traveller community and their representatives.
