Your Complaints Matter
At Knowes Housing Association we see complaints as opportunities to improve the quality of the service we provide. We are aware that customers complain for a reason and it is important for us to understand and learn from them.
Knowes Housing Association's complaints handling procedure was introduced from 1st April 2021. The Customer Complaints Procedure Leaflet provides more information on this including what a complaint is, the different stages and timescales and routes of appeals.
