Your Complaints Matter
At Knowes Housing Association we see complaints as opportunities to improve the quality of the service we provide. We are aware that customers complain for a reason and it is important for us to understand and learn from them.
Knowes Housing Association has implimented the new The Complaints Handling Procedure which was introduced from 1st April 2021.
We have also introduced a new Customer Complaints Procedure Leaflet which breaks down what a complaint is, the different stages and timescales and routes of appeals.
