Important Message About Recycling
We’d like to remind all residents how important it is to recycle properly. West Dunbartonshire Council has confirmed they will no longer uplift blue recycling bins if they are contaminated with non-recyclable waste (e.g. food, nappies, black bags, general rubbish).
If this happens, the bins will not be emptied, and this can quickly lead to overflowing waste, bad smells, and could attract vermin to the block.
Please do your part to ensure only clean, recyclable items are placed in the blue bins. Let’s all work together to keep our area clean and avoid further issues.
